Wills & Trusts

Your Wishes, in Writing. Your Legacy, Protected.

A will is the most fundamental act of legal planning an adult can undertake. It’s your voice after you’re gone, telling the court, your family, and the world what you want for the people and property you leave behind.

At Baysinger Henson & Cresswell PLLC, we draft wills and trusts that are clear, legally sound, and built around the specific realities of your life — your family structure, your assets, your values, and your wishes for the future.

Together, wills and trusts form the backbone of a complete estate plan—one that protects your family from confusion, conflict, expense and unnecessary delay during their most difficult moments. Our attorneys take time to understand your full picture before recommending the structure that best serves the people you love.

Your estate plan is a declaration of care — a final, legally binding act of love for the people who matter most.

Wills & Trusts: Understanding Your Options

A last will and testament directs how your assets are distributed after death, names an executor to carry out your wishes, and designates guardians for any minor children. Your estate may then passes through Oklahoma’s probate process for court validation and administration.

A revocable living trust holds your assets during your lifetime and transfers them to your beneficiaries upon your death — outside of probate, without court involvement, and with greater speed and privacy than a will alone can provide. Depending on your asset profile and family situation, a trust may offer significant advantages. Our attorneys take time to explain both options and design the right structure for your circumstances.
